Her foundation is premised on the motto coined in 1969, “Virginia is for Lovers.” Wendy stands on party unity and collaboration, which is, and will continue to be, a love for Virginia and its residents.
Formally educated at the Sacramento State University with a Baccalaureates Degree in Sociology and Psychology Minor, Wendy started her career in the HMO discipline.
